Changing Your Notification Settings

As a member of an organization, you can change your notification settings anytime in the Digital Deets system.  

From email posts:

1. Head to the footer in the email and click on manage notifications.




2. Then turn off your email notifications.



If you are receiving mobile push notifications, you can turn them off from the same location.  

From a mobile device:

1. Head to the more menu (three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner).




2. Tap on Notification Preferences




3. And turn on or off your notification preferences.



Also, you can remove the mobile app from your mobile device.  

Removing from an organization

If you no longer wish to be a part of an organization in Digital Deets, we can help you.

If your organization is a school, this happens automatically. Each year in the summer, schools update their student data. If your child is no longer enrolled in the school, you will be removed from the school's roster when they update their student data.

If you are not a school, you can email your organization directly and ask to be removed.  Any Sub Admin user role at the organization can remove you.  To reach one of these individuals, head to Schools in the web application.




or in the mobile application from the More menu.



Use the contact information under the organization's name to determine who to contact about your desire to be removed from the distribution list.
