Some updates before summer!
Here are some important updates before summer arrives. We want to remind you of the Account Authority role and present our new approval process for promotions.
Every Digital Deets account has one Account Authority. By default, it's the first person to confirm your organization upon signing up. It should be someone who is going to actively monitor the account. If you want to learn more about this role or update who your Account Authority is, read more here.
2. Approval Process for Promotions
We heard your feedback about promotions and have built a new approval process. When an organization creates a promotion, we will be notified and review the promotion thoroughly, checking all content, links, and images. Only once we have approved it, the promotion display to your community. You can then flag the promotion if you have any issues with it. Read more here.
