How Sponsors are highlighted in Digital Deets
When you have a sponsor, you may want to know where their information will show up and how it will look in our system. This is a digital sponsorship, meaning their information will be digitally displayed in our system. All of this happens automatically in our system with little to no work on your end, so you make $250 with no hassle. Here is where the sponsor promotions and information will display in our web and mobile app, emails, and beyond. Your audience can view this helpful information seamlessly and discretely.
Sponsor Information
A sponsor creates relevant and attractive promotions to be displayed to your audience, sharing useful information with your community and helping your community find resources and activities. The first place these promotions appear are in a separate horizontal feed in the Communications side of Digital Deets. The promotion is randomly displayed to audience members (they are not notified). Instead, they can easily view the promotion directly under the most recent post from your organization when they sign into our mobile or web app.
The sponsor's logo also appears at the top of the Digital Deets Communications feed.
When someone clicks on the logo, they can see more information about the sponsor in a pop-up like this one:
The sponsor's logo and promotion are also included on Digital Deets' email notifications. So, whenever someone in your organization sends out a post, sponsor promotions are randomly assigned to appear at the bottom. Again, this is very seamless and discrete, meaning your organization information is still front and center, but your audience can also view promotional content that may be relevant to their needs and interests. The logo will also appear above the promotions.Here is an example, displaying at the bottom of an email sent from Digital Deets Communications platform:

Social Media
If you want, you can also share sponsors' promotions via your organization's social media and the social media accounts of any influencers you have designated in the system. Whenever a sponsor creates a promotion, you (if you are a Sub Admin of your account) and your influencers are alerted via email. You can then share their promotion to your Facebook and Twitter, and send it to others via email or direct link. The sponsor's promotions have the potential to reach more and more people, as more and more people share it.
Organization Website
As well as having the capacity to share promotions via social media, you can also share sponsors' promotions on your organization's website. You'll simply add a widget to your website. It's easy. Your website administrator can help you if you need - they will know exactly how to do this.
Whenever your sponsor creates a promotion, it will appear on your school website right away.
