Platform Set Up/ Management: Manage Parents
From the Manage Parents table, you can perform three functions. You can edit parent accounts, reset passwords, and print parent letters.
1. Clicking the key icon sends a password reset link to the parent. You can also confirm their correct email address from their account settings before resetting their parent account.
2. Clicking on the printer icon allows you to print a parent letter encouraging them to get connected.
3. Clicking on the pencil icon allows you to edit parent accounts. Only change the items a parent asks you to do.
4. You can add or remove students from their account as well. At the bottom you will see the students associated with the parent. Click on the blue + to add more students, use the look up code to find the child by student id and school name.
5. Click on the black X, to remove students from parent accounts.
