If you are a Sub Admin for an organization in Digital Deets, you may be wondering what that role entails and what capabilities you have. As a Sub Admin, you can do a lot in the Digital Deets community.
Overarchingly, you help manage your organization's Digital Deets account. You are one of the members in your organization responsible for managing the account and getting information out to the right people. If you are using the Lite version of our software, you can have up to 4 Sub Admin on the account. If you are using our professional version, you have unlimited number of Sub Admin.
Here's an outline of what you can do as a Sub Admin.
Posts and Promotions Access
You can send posts out to your entire organization, as well as to specific groups. You can see all of your organizations' posts and analytics, including your own and those of other users in the system. The same goes for Community Promotions -- you can view your own, as well as any others that were sent to your organization. You can see who in your organization has been reading your posts.
Group Management
You can create groups, edit groups, and add users. You have access to all the groups in your organization. You can assign
Contributors to manage specific groups.
Member Management
You can manage members, meaning you can delete and add members to your organization. You can also add them to groups.
Fundraising
You also have access to our fundraising features. You can activate fundraising and help your organization raise funds through our promotional software and our sponsorship software.
