Analytics: Determining Connected Parents

Learn which members have created their accounts, connected to their children, what language they receive messages in and how many messages they have checked. 

  1. Click on the Manage menu option on the at the top of the screen from the menu bar. 
  2. Then click on Members. 
  3. You will be brought to the Manage Members screen. 
  4. Here you will be able to see which members are connected to your group. You will also be able to see which languages they choose to receive messages in. You can also see the percentage of messages they have read. 
  5. You have a few options here as well. You can edit also edit the member email send them a new password or print them a new letter.
