Platform Set up/Management: Printing Parent Letters and Digital Deets Codes
Print parent letters encouraging parents to connect to their child and to provide their child's School Deets Code.
1. Open the Digital Deets Platform. Click on the Groups icon.
2. You will be directed to this screen. If you want to print parent letters click on the icon that is circled on the right hand side. For example, if you want to print parent letters from the 4th Grade group, stay on the same row, and click on the circled icon to print parent letters. If you want to print parent letters from a different group, follow the same steps.
3. Once you click on the circled icon, this screen will pop up. You can choose to print parent letters for unconnected students or for the entire group. The Parent letter will provide directions to parents indicating how to get connected and will include their child's Digital Deets Student Code.
